Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the play-by-play broadcaster for all 32 Salamanders home games for the online webcast.
- Assist in writing pre-game previews and post-game recaps for publication on the Salamanders website.
- Prepare rosters and game notes prior to all home games.
- Work closely with the marketing department and production department to produce captivating player content for Salamanders social media.
- Work closely with the Salamanders staff to include all sponsor and promotional live reads in-game.
- Must be able to work all 32 Salamanders home games.
- Must have a strong knowledge of the rules of baseball.
- Must be willing to assist on the production side of the broadcast to ensure a quality broadcast of the game.
