What guests never see is the organized chaos that happens behind the scenes to make that possible.
That is where you come in.
Holly’s Professional Cleaning is looking for a Purple Bag Commander to help keep our short term rental operations stocked, organized, and ready for the busy season. Around here, the Purple Bag is serious business. It contains the linens, towels, and supplies our cleaning crews need to turn a property over quickly between guests. When the Purple Bags are ready to go, everything runs smoothly. When they are not, well…let’s just say it gets exciting.
This is a seasonal position from approximately late March through September, with the possibility of continuing longer depending on how busy the rental season stays.
What the Purple Bag Commander actually does:
You will be the person making sure our laundry is done, our supplies are stocked, and our Purple Bags are ready for action.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
- Preparing and organizing our famous Purple Bags for property turnovers
- Keeping track of short term rental supplies like soap, shampoo, paper products, and other guest essentials
- Monitoring inventory and letting management know when supplies are running low
- Maintaining accurate linen and supply counts for each property
- Helping with other operational tasks as needed
Important details:
- This is a seasonal job running approximately late March through September, with the possibility of extending depending on bookings
- Weekend work will be required
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to work
- Reliable transportation to our office is required
