RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key Responsibilities-The role requires a detail-oriented individual to engage with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Engage (have conversation & ask questions) with prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
