Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to maintain quality standards and uphold food safety regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during busy service periods
- Manage cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and handle cash with accuracy and integrity
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, sanitation standards, and proper bussing practices
- Ensure timely food service delivery by coordinating with kitchen staff and managing customer orders effectively
- Support food safety management practices by following proper procedures for handling food and maintaining hygiene standards
Experience
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in the food industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately
- Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is highly desirable
