PART-TIME ASSISTED LIVING LEASING AGENT

Holly Court Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking an energetic, personable, and compassionate Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping prospective residents and their families discover Holly Court. The primary focus of this role is outbound phone communication and consistent follow-up with prospective residents and families who have expressed interest in senior living.

Finding the right assisted living or memory care community can be an emotional and important decision for a family. We are looking for someone who can make people feel comfortable, listen to their needs, build trust, and help guide them toward the next step.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective residents and family members who have expressed interest in Holly Court.

• Build genuine relationships with prospective residents and families through friendly, professional, and meaningful phone conversations.

• Learn about each family's needs, concerns, timeline, and what they are looking for in a senior living community.

• Introduce prospective residents and families to Holly Court's assisted living and memory care services.

• Highlight the features, benefits, amenities, and services that make our community special.

• Encourage qualified prospects to take the next step, including scheduling a tour or conversation with our sales team.

• Schedule appropriately timed follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with leads throughout their decision-making process.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to help convert prospective residents into new Holly Court residents.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, follow-ups, tours, and outcomes in our electronic lead-management platform.

• Complete assigned follow-up tasks consistently and on time.

The Person We're Looking For

Building a relationship over the phone takes a special set of skills.

The right person for this position is comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation. You should be able to listen carefully, ask the right questions, remember important details, and make prospective families feel like they are speaking with someone who genuinely cares about helping them.

You should be warm, confident, persistent without being pushy, organized, dependable, and comfortable following up multiple times when appropriate.

Experience in senior living is helpful, but it is not required. We can teach you about Holly Court and senior living. We are looking for someone who already has the personality, communication skills, and motivation needed to connect with people and build relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.

• Two years of experience in sales, leasing, customer service, hospitality, admissions, lead follow-up, or another relationship-based role is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong telephone communication skills and confidence making outbound calls.

• Ability to listen, identify needs, and build rapport with prospective residents and their families.

• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and scheduled follow-ups.

• Comfortable learning and using an electronic lead-management/CRM platform.

• Dependable and able to work independently.

• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some evening hours.

• Reliable transportation.
