Entry-Level Sales Producer

We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Insurance Producer to join our growing team in Rochester, MN. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving new business through lead generation, networking, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

• Must hold or be able to obtain a Minnesota Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license.

• Previous insurance or sales experience preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.

• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and basic office software.

• Must work on-site at our Rochester office.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community involvement.

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients based on their individual needs.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

• Educate clients on policy options and recommend coverage solutions.

• Achieve sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth.

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.

• Assist with policy renewals, claims, and account management as needed.
