Food Trailer Manager
Holly Bluff Resort Marina – DeLand, Florida
Holly Bluff Resort Marina is looking for a hands-on, energetic Food Trailer Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our on-site food truck along the St. Johns River.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily food truck operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage food preparation, service, and overall quality
- Provide friendly, welcoming customer service to marina guests and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health code standards
- Track inventory, place orders, and manage supplies
- Handle cash, POS system, and daily sales reporting
- Hire, train, and manage food truck staff as needed
- Coordinate with marina team on busy weekends, events, and promotions
- Help create simple, appealing menu offerings that fit the Holly Bluff vibe
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality (management experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and keep things running smoothly during busy periods
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Food safety certification

- Full-time
- Competitive hourly pay or salary (based on experience)
- Thursday-Monday availability required
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
