Help Drive a High Visibility Enterprise Transformation
We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support one of the most strategic and fast-paced workstreams within a large enterprise transformation.
In this role, you'll partner closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and the Project Manager to define business requirements, facilitate critical discussions, and help drive alignment across multiple business and technology teams.
This isn't a documentation-only role. We're looking for someone who can ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, create clarity from ambiguity, and help move complex initiatives forward.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders and project teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define current and future state business processes.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood and successfully implemented.
- Support scope definition, change management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in testing strategy, test case validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Partner closely with the Senior Project Manager to keep initiatives moving forward and stakeholders aligned.
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of Business Analysis experience supporting large, enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to influence discussions and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience creating business requirements, functional requirements, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise transformation or large-scale integration initiatives.
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ERP implementations, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience supporting customer-facing platforms, digital products, or commercial business functions.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
What Will Make You Successful
Success in this role goes beyond writing great requirements.
We're looking for someone who can confidently facilitate conversations with senior leaders, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, uncover business needs that haven't been articulated, and help teams reach alignment. You know how to simplify complexity, navigate ambiguity, and keep momentum moving across multiple workstreams.
If you're someone people naturally look to for clarity, organization, and problem solving, you'll thrive in this role.
Why You'll Want This Opportunity
- Play a key role in a high visibility enterprise transformation.
- Partner directly with business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Help shape strategic initiatives that have broad organizational impact.
- Collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong potential for contract extension.
