We're seeking an organized, empathetic, and highly communicative Healthcare Onboarding Support Specialist to guide members and caregivers through a healthcare onboarding experience. This role combines customer support, case coordination, scheduling, insurance verification, and operational support to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through evaluation scheduling.

What You'll Do
- Guide new members and caregivers through the onboarding process
- Schedule initial evaluations and coordinate onboarding activities
- Educate members on available services and support options
- Communicate with members through email, chat, and phone
- Verify insurance eligibility and resolve coverage-related issues
- Identify and remove barriers to enrollment and onboarding
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve member concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflow tracking within an EHR system
- Manage and coordinate physical testing materials, including shipping and receiving documentation
- Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level member experience
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Experience
- 1 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Patient onboarding
- Member services
- Customer support
- Care coordination
- Healthcare operations
- Case management
- Experience working within an Electronic Health Record (EHR)/Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Experience verifying insurance eligibility or supporting healthcare enrollment processes
- Experience managing multiple cases, workflows, or customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong documentation and quality assurance skills
