Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation and customer service, as well as the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently. Weekends are a must, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Document any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the premises.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
