General Labor - Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as General Laborers in Murray, KY. The ideal candidate will assist with various production tasks, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties including machine operation, packaging, and material handling.
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools as needed.
• Load and unload materials and products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Assist with quality control by inspecting products for defects.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety toe shoes will be required.
