HVAC Service Coordinator And Dispatcher

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Service Coordinator to manage our daily service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling technicians, communicating with customers, and ensuring all service calls are completed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable collaborating with customers, technicians, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  - Dispatch & Scheduling: Coordinate daily technician assignments for service, installations, maintenance, and repairs, adjusting schedules for emergencies or cancellations.
  - Customer Relations: Handle service requests, provide appointment updates, and resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally.
  - Operational Support: Maintain accurate work orders and service records, coordinate necessary parts and equipment, and assist with preparing estimates and invoices.
  - Account Management: Manage preventative maintenance appointments and recurring service agreements and data entry.

Qualifications:
  - 1–3 years of experience in HVAC service coordination, dispatching, or a related field is preferred.
  - Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  - Proficiency with computers and Google Drive.
  - HVAC industry knowledge and experience with service-management software are strong pluses.
