- Manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages as needed.
- Track analytics and performance metrics; prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team on campaigns, launches, and storytelling.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Strong skills in content creation: photography, video editing, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies.
