Social Media Content Creator

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our Hollman brand presence across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for developing original content (graphics, photos, and videos), managing daily posting and engagement, and tracking performance to optimize results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refresh an on-going 90-day plan and execute a social media content annual calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Create visually compelling graphics, short-form videos, and other multimedia content tailored to each channel and audience. Less like Scorsese – more like Tarantino (without the blood and gore).
• Write engaging captions, copy, and hashtags that reflect the brand voice.
• Manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages as needed.
• Track analytics and performance metrics; prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team and other departments on campaigns, launches, and storytelling.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Strong skills in content creation: photography, video editing, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Need a self-starter and someone with a “can-do” “yes-and” attitude vs. “no-because”
