Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalency required. Two years of food service experience required. Knowledge of principles and methods of quantity food serving and storage; snack bar operation; institutional food service sanitation and safety; Food service preparation including service equipment and related utensils.
