Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and lubrication services efficiently and accurately.
- Change, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs or potential issues.
- Assist with wheel alignments and other light mechanical repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate.
- Support the team with routine vehicle maintenance tasks and ensure all work meets quality standards.
Requirements
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and service procedures.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive maintenance equipment.
- Knowledge of tire service, oil change procedures, wheel alignment, and basic vehicle repairs.
- Ability to lift heavy tires or equipment safely and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; relevant certifications are a plus.
