Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for cutting lumber, sorting, stacking, planing, ripping the lumber, and using a chop saw. This position is an 8 hour shift and requires 30-50 pound lifting without assistance, along with keeping the area picked up and cleaned. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Operate forklift to transport materials and finished products within the warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Familiarity with millwork or woodworking processes is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
