Hollingshead Mixer Company (HMC), manufactures the highest quality, longest lasting, front discharge concrete mixer trucks. Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Mechanical or Assembly Team Member, where you will play a vital role in building these high quality mixer trucks. Duties / Responsibilities include:

· The ability to read a tape measure and use both hand and power tools safely.

· Ability to follow directions a must.

· Have an eye for detail.

· Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communication, and teamwork.

· Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check.

· Have a solid attendance record.

· Follow all safe work practices and keep a clean and organized work area.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities:

· MUST be mechanically inclined.

· Prior work experience in one or more of the following areas: air and hydraulics, wiring, axles, engines, electrical wiring, inspection, or pre-delivery finishing is preferred, but not required.

· A background working with Dump Trucks, Semi Trucks, Concrete Mixers, or the assembly of other heavy construction equipment is preferred.

· We are willing to train the right candidates.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.

· Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products.

· Must have good hand-eye coordination.
