Client Experience Coordinator

Hollifield Financial Group is a fast-growing wealth management firm headquartered in Summerville, SC. We deliver world-class financial planning and investment management through our affiliated Registered Investment Advisor, HFG Capital.

We pride ourselves on creating a warm, personal experience for every client who walks through our doors — and we’re seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our firm while also supporting our marketing and operations teams behind the scenes.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Summerville headquarters.

The Client Experience Coordinator plays a dual role combining front desk hospitality with marketing and administrative support responsibilities.

Client Experience Responsibilities

• Serve as the Director of First Impressions, greeting clients and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Prepare the office each morning so it looks polished and inviting
• Welcome clients, offer refreshments, and ensure they feel comfortable before appointments
• Confirm upcoming appointments and send welcome gifts to new clients
• Occasionally attend dinner seminar events to assist guests who want to schedule appointments

Marketing & Operations Support Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Director and New Business Director with:
• Data entry and follow-up after seminars
• Keeping our CRM and client databases accurate and up to date
• Light administrative and organizational tasks as needed

• Friendly, polished, and professional appearance
• Warm, upbeat personality and excellent people skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and dependable with a proactive attitude
• Basic computer and data entry skills (CRM experience a plus)
• Willingness to occasionally work evening seminar events
