What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Sales Floor Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, going above and beyond to make every customer’s experience special.
- Support the growth of our team by helping train, coach, and motivate employees to shine in their roles.
- Help drive sales goals by sharing product knowledge, recommending styles, and engaging customers with confidence.
- Keep the store looking its best — clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised.
- Ensure every customer is welcomed, assisted, and leaves feeling inspired.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of retail experience (leadership experience is a plus!).
- Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A flexible schedule — including evenings and weekends as needed.
