Swimming Pool Service Technician – Immediate Start

Pay: $600 – $1,100 per week (production-based)
About the Role
Holliday Pools is hiring full-time Swimming Pool Service Technicians to clean, maintain, and service residential pools across North Texas. If you like working outdoors, staying active, and working on your own, this role puts you at a different location every day instead of behind a desk.
Experience is a plus but not required. We provide paid on-the-job training and pay for you to earn your Certified Pool Operator (CPO®) certification, the industry's most widely recognized credential. You can start a skilled trade with no upfront cost. We are looking for people who are excited about having a career within the pool industry!!
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of residential pools, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and emptying baskets. Perform filter cleaning as necessary.
- Test water chemistry and balance chemicals to keep pools safe and clear
- Inspect pumps, filters, and other equipment, and report any repair needs
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving spas as needed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and deliver a high standard of customer service
- Keep complete and accurate service records for every visit using Skimmer
Compensation
This is a production-based position: your pay depends on the work you complete. Technicians typically earn $600 to $1,100 per week, and efficient, high-quality work pushes earnings toward the top of that range.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Your own reliable truck for daily route work
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat, cold, and other weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs, including chemicals and equipment, and assist with loading and unloading spas
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable with a consistent schedule
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
