Marketing and Retail Associate

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to take an active role in managing and improving our digital presence. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with eCommerce, digital advertising, and content management, and wants to directly impact a growing business.

This is not an entry-level role. You will be expected to work independently, make recommendations, and execute marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.

Primary Responsibilities (Marketing-Focused)

• Manage and update website content (template-based CMS) with a focus on usability and conversions
• Oversee and maintain Shopify store (product setup, collections, pricing, promotions, optimization)
• Plan, execute, and monitor Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns for improved ROI
• Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and marketing workflows
• Develop and implement seasonal promotions and marketing strategies
• Identify opportunities to improve online visibility, traffic, and sales

Secondary Responsibilities (Retail Support)

• Assist customers with pool and spa products as needed
• Perform water testing and provide clear chemical recommendations
• Support sales transactions and product education
• Help maintain store organization, cleanliness, and inventory

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing (eCommerce, ads, or website management)
• Working knowledge of Shopify, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads
• Ability to interpret basic marketing analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Experience managing or updating website content (CMS platforms)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work every other Saturday during Spring & Summer
• Willingness to assist in retail operations as part of a team environment

Job Type: Full-time
