Duties
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project estimating processes to provide accurate cost assessments.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
