What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Holley Performance Brands?
Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both short- and long-term production schedules.
- Allocate resources to needed jobs.
- Release production tickets.
- Review and adjust production schedules daily to adhere to business needs.
- Utilize MRP and compare system suggestions against actual demand.
- Coordinate with production team and communicate business needs.
- Calculate production rates and help with capacity planning.
- Track production records.
- Ensure schedules are followed (schedule compliance/ adherence).
- Work cross functionally with quality, sales, customer service, engineering, and product management teams to ensure smooth execution of the plan.
- Identify materials shortages and communicate in a timely manner.
- Maintain correct MRP system data (Lead times, Orders minimums, orders maximum (EOQ)… etc).
- Utilize ERP system (Syteline) and power BI to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Track inventory levels and ensure top sales SKUs are available.
- Update ATP dates on a regular basis.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business management or any related field with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
- Mid to advance Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with MRP and ERP systems such as Syteline, SAP, Oracle, or other systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player
- Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment with end of month rush to achieve the organization’s targets.
- Familiarity with Continuous improvements methodologies and lean manufacturing.
- Problem solving mindset with comprehensive focus on driving change.
- Efficiency in managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Experience in managing large sets of data.
Bonus Points For:
- ERP and WMS platform experience in a global or multi-site environment.
- Automotive industry background.
- Familiarity with BOMs and deviations.
