We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Ford Mobile Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide convenient on-site vehicle maintenance and light repair services to customers at their homes, workplaces, or other approved locations. Representing the Ford brand, youll be responsible for delivering high-quality service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements, and fluid top-offs at customer-designated locations.
- Diagnose and perform minor repairs on-site using Ford-approved tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.
- Operate a Ford Mobile Service van, maintaining its cleanliness, inventory, and operational condition.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding their vehicles condition, needed services, and maintenance recommendations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and Ford standards for vehicle repair and customer service.
- Accurately document work performed using digital service tools.
- Coordinate with the dealerships service department for parts, scheduling, and escalation of complex repairs.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal automotive regulations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with every service call.
- Any other duties assigned by Management
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
- ASE Certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience preferred).
- Proficient with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor environments.
- Reliable Transportation
