Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Scheduler / Dispatcher to manage daily service routes, coordinate technicians, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. You will be the central hub of the operation—keeping technicians efficient and customers happy. Hours are 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for daily service routes
- Optimize routes for efficiency (reduce drive time, maximize production)
- Answer inbound calls and book new service appointments
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and service updates
- Handle reschedules, cancellations, and urgent service requests
- Work inside CRM to manage jobs and accounts
- Support sales by converting inbound leads to booked jobs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service preferred
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Google/Excel/word)
