- Los Angeles, CA 90033: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Requirements
- Must have excellent customer service experience
- Experience in food industry preferred but not required
- English is the common language of the customers we serve, you must have the ability to read, write legibly and speak English in an understandable manner.
- Must be able to write, remember, and provide menu requests for small and large groups of customers at a time.
- Must be able to work under general supervision; understand verbal instruction and tolerate moderate stress during busy periods.
- Must be able to work with and be sensitive to the needs of the elderly in a retirement setting, including those who are disabled.
- Must receive assignments and prioritize work on a daily basis under supervision.
- Ability to maintain work area and dining room area in a clean, sanitized manner; clean tables and restock supplies as needed.
- Ability to accept interruptions to work flow as needed.
- May cross-train to other assignments.
- Must be able to clear fingerprinting through DOJ and FBI.
