Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product selections and recommendations.
- Learn about our wine, liquor, and specialty products to better serve customers.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays while maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Receive, unload, and move inventory as needed.
- Monitor product levels and assist with merchandising and store presentation.
- Follow all company policies and state laws regarding alcohol sales.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age to legally sell alcoholic beverages.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and friendly personality.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds or more.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Retail, cashier, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
