2nd Shift Cut & Wrap Lead – Cheese Production
Lead a key part of our production process where quality meets craftsmanship.
At Marieke Gouda, our Cut & Wrap team turns award-winning cheese into finished products ready for customers across the country. We’re looking for a hands-on leader to keep this operation running smoothly, efficiently, and with high attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily Cut & Wrap operations (cutting, packaging, labeling, staging)
- Execute production plans based on orders and shipping schedules
- Ensure product accuracy, quality, and food safety compliance
- Train, support, and hold team members accountable
- Keep workflow moving and eliminate bottlenecks
- Coordinate with Production, Aging, and Shipping teams
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, or packaging
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
