Custodial Technician/Housekeeper

Location: San Marcos At this time, we are only considering local candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.Scheduled Days & Hours: Monday-Friday, 5pm-10pm (Part-Time)Wages: $21-23Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is an efficient, detail-oriented professional who can work with minimal supervision, consistently follows the master cleaning list, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.Job Duties:Perform routine cleaning, disinfecting, dusting, polishing, and trash removal throughout the office, lobby, route ops building, conference rooms, kitchen, restrooms, and common areas.Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, extracting carpets, and scrubbing, recoating, or refinishing vinyl flooring as needed.Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, glass, appliances, furniture, fixtures, vents, and restroom facilities.Keep entryways, reception areas, and conference rooms tidy by arranging furniture and maintaining an orderly appearance.Restock supplies, maintain janitorial closets, and ensure equipment and materials are properly organized.Complete closing procedures, including logging concerns, securing the building, setting alarms, turning off lights, and verifying all tasks are completed.Follow the master cleaning list.Other duties as assigned.Prompt and regular attendance is required.Skills Needed: This position requires the ability to read, write, speak and communicate well in English. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical Demands: Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms, and push or pull; climb, bend, balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
