Hollander Hospitality is seeking a Painter to join our team. The Painter performs interior and exterior brush, roller, and/or spray painting to maintain facilities in state of good repair throughout our seven hotel locations including Everett, WA, SeaTac, WA, Puyallup, WA, Tacoma, WA and Portland, Or.

STATUS:
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday with some weekends/holidays as needed
- $25.36 to $26.41 per hour/DOE
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued at a rate of 0.025 for every hour worked

Knowledge of:
- Various types of equipment used in the building trades.
- Painting industry standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
- Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in similar position, completion of formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- License:
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license.
