The Role
The Breakfast Cook is responsible for executing morning service with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. This includes preparing a full range of breakfast items, sauce and prep work, maintaining a clean and organized station, and contributing to a smooth and professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume breakfast service with consistency and strong time management
- Prepare eggs across all standard styles including poached, scrambled, fried, and omelets
- Assist in preparing and maintaining breakfast sauces including hollandaise from scratch
- Work across stations including griddle, sauté, and prep as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation standards
- Support overall kitchen operations including prep, cleanup, and service flow

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Line Cook experience required; breakfast or brunch experience preferred
- Prior experience with high-volume breakfast or hotel service experience preferred
- Prep and line experience with poached eggs, French toast, and other breakfast specialties
- Familiarity with sauce preparation, including hollandaise and mother sauces
- Experience operating kitchen equipment including flat-top, grills, sauté, and prep stations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Variable schedule; Must be available weekends and holidays
- $20.96 - $23.41 per hour/DOE
