Holland Veterinary Care (HVC) is seeking a personable highly motivated experienced individual for a full or part-time veterinary receptionist position. HVC is an established family-owned practice with a mission to provide high quality veterinary medicine, surgery, and dentistry to local family’s cherished dogs and cats. We have a strong focus on work/life balance and continued learning and development.
Responsibilities will include taking phone calls, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, assisting the veterinarians, pharmacy duties, and keeping detailed medical records.
No on-call, holidays, or Sundays! No emergencies or hospitalized cases! 2 hour mid-day break in appointments! Full-time is a 4-day work week! Get out on time! Experience working reception in a veterinary office is required.
