- Location: Nashville, TN (and surrounding 1.5-hour radius)
- Compensation: $65,000 base uncapped commissions weekly pay bonuses annual sales trip

What You’ll Do
- Make 50 outbound calls per day to build relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Prospect and identify potential customers across manufacturing, construction, and service industries.
- Manage a local territory within a 1.5-hour radius of Nashville — 50% office time, 50% on-site with clients.
- Develop new business with prospects, existing, and former clients.
- Expand accounts by breaking into new departments and decision-maker levels.
- Use our CRM to track pipeline, activity, and performance.
- Represent Holland Sharpe’s values of trust, quality, and long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in B2B outside sales — staffing, recruiting, manufacturing, or construction sales a plus.
- Experience managing $1M in annual sales or revenue.
- Proven success closing $500,000 –$5M deals or selling higher-ticket B2B services.
- Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Driven, competitive, and motivated to grow personally and professionally.
