Who is hiring?
Holland Sharpe is expanding and seeking a Mold Setup and Process Technician to support our injection molding operations.
What will I do?
- Change over molds and tooling on injection molding machines.
- Set up presses to run parts, confirming that production starts correctly.
- Cover a cell of 12–24 injection molding machines, monitoring output and troubleshooting to keep parts running properly.
- Clean dies after each job to hand off high quality tooling to other shifts.
- Work with hydraulic, electric, and magnetic clamp systems.
When will I work?
Third shift, 11 pm to 7:30 am.
How much does it pay?
23.68 – 26.64 per hour, based on experience.
What experience is required?
- 3 years in a plastic injection molding facility or prior plastics manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in injection molding, tool and die mold setup, and blueprint reading.
Which machines will I use?
- Engel and Sumitomo injection molding machines.
