• Do complex prints and specs motivate you to build with precision?
• Are MIG, TIG, and stick part of your everyday toolkit?
• Do you take pride in clean welds, tight tolerances, and safe work habits?

You will

• Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings to plan fabrication steps
• Cut, weld, form, and assemble metal components using shop tools and machinery
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and safely operate fabrication equipment
• Collaborate with teammates to meet schedules and project goals

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred
• Direct experience in metal fabrication and welding
• Proven skills in MIG, TIG, and stick processes
• Strong blueprint reading and equipment operation abilities
• Welding certification (AWS/ASME) preferred

Physical requirements

• Lift up to 40 lbs; stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment

Pay, schedule, and perks

• Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
• 1st shift, Monday–Friday; starting at $22-25/hr
• Job Type: Full-time
