Role Description
The OneStream Lead Consultant will oversee OneStream implementation projects, collaborate with clients to define business needs, design tailored solutions, and guide technical teams on delivery execution. Key responsibilities include configuring OneStream applications, creating and managing financial reports, and providing high-level technical and functional expertise to clients across various industries. In addition to project management, you will offer post-implementation support to ensure sustained success for client organizations.
Qualifications
- Experience in OneStream software implementation, configuration, and deployment
- Strong expertise in financial processes, including Consolidations, Financial Reporting, Planning, and Budgeting
- Proficiency in designing CPM/EPM solutions and understanding related business processes
- Technical skills, such as scripting, API integration, and system troubleshooting
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with experience leading workshops and training
- Proven background in project management, leadership, and team collaboration
- Experience with global implementations and the ability to adapt to diverse business scenarios
- Proactive problem-solving and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Relevant certifications in OneStream or similar CPM/EPM tools are a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
