Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
Holland Law LLP, a dynamic intellectual property and commercial litigation boutique in San Francisco, is looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. This is an exciting opportunity to assume responsibility for all aspects of IP litigation, analysis, and counseling, including direct client contact and far more hands-on experience than larger firms can or do offer.
We are most interested in candidates who are looking for a long-term career with our firm, including attorneys looking for a change from larger law firm environments.
Requirements:
• Two to five years of intellectual property litigation experience in Federal courts.
• Excellent writing, research, communication, and organizational skills.
• California Bar membership in good standing.
• Patent Bar membership is a plus but not required.
