Real Estate Capital Markets Litigation Associate

Holland & Knight’s Real Estate Capital Markets practice is seeking a senior litigation associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in commercial foreclosure litigation, receiverships and other real estate litigation matters.

Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred. Holland & Knight possesses a collegial atmosphere and provides its professionals with a large platform with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

• At least 6-8 years of commercial litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), depositions and courtroom experience.
• Texas bar admission required.
• Experience in commercial foreclosure, receiverships, and guarantor enforcement litigation practice.
• Strong research and writing skills, including the ability to draft motions and adhere to proper Texas citation formatting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials.

This position may be filled in Austin, Texas. In accordance with Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in these locations is $390,000 – $435,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. In individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
