What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mid-Level Real Estate Transactions Associate position at Holland & Knight LLP?
The South Florida offices of Holland & Knight have an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3-5 years of general commercial real estate transactional experience with a profound understanding of managing deals and leading diligence review. The ideal candidate will have concentrated practice experience in one or more of the following areas: (1) purchase and sale, (2) joint-venture negotiation, (3) general commercial contract experience, and/or real estate lending work (borrower or lender side). Immediate transferable skills required, organized and detail oriented and a strong academic background with excellent communication and writing skills are also essential. This is an immediate need.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Must be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice law in Florida.
- JD from an ABA Accredited Law School.
- This candidate must reside in South Florida at or prior to the time of hire and would work out of either our Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach Office. We believe that there is significant value in working together in person and will expect the candidate to work in the office at least three business days per week.
