The South Florida offices of Holland & Knight are seeking a mid-level associate for its Private Wealth Services Practice. The associate’s practice will focus on an array of business succession, estate planning, tax and business transaction matters. The PWS practice includes succession and tax planning for individuals and businesses, including corporate, LLC, partnership and estate planning for closely held and family-owned businesses. The applicant must have an LL.M. in Taxation, excellent academic credentials and strong document drafting skills. Florida Bar Membership required.
