The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project finance, including “plain vanilla” project financings, tax equity bridge loans, backleverage financings or pre-NTP financings. Both Lender- and Borrower-side experience acceptable. Candidate should be familiar with drafting credit facilities, depositary accounts agreements, letters of credit and performance and payments bond. Candidate should also be familiar with balance of plant agreements, supply agreements (i.e., transformer supply agreements, module supply agreements, BESS supply agreements, turbine supply agreements and inverter supply agreements) and offtake and tolling agreements. Candidate should have experience drafting due diligence reports and preparing bankability analysis on project documents.

- 3-5 years of experience in project finance (lender or borrower side).

Salary : $260,000 - $365,000
