What are the responsibilities and job description for the Homebound Teacher (Part-Time) position at Holland ISD?
Primary Purpose:
To provide individualized instruction and case management for students receiving homebound
services due to medical or other qualifying conditions. The Homebound Teacher ensures
continuity of instruction, progress monitoring, and compliance with IEP or general education
requirements while students are served in the home setting.
