The Role
Holland Homes is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Head of Marketing to support the Director of Sales & Marketing. This role plays a key part in helping our marketing and sales team stay organized, efficient, and on track. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination & Project Support
- Assist in day-to-day marketing and sales coordination across digital, print, and community channels
- Help manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables for campaigns and launches
- Serve as a point of contact with internal teams, vendors, and partners
Digital Tools & Data Management
- Support website and digital platform updates (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com)
- Help monitor campaign performance via tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Maintain up-to-date marketing content, property listings, and collateral
Vendor & Partner Liaison
- Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and vendors
- Track deliverables and follow up to ensure expectations and timelines are met
Sales & Event Support
- Assist with event planning and execution (open houses, model home events, community launches)
- Maintain trackers for sales activity, inventory, and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in executive support, marketing coordination, or project management
- Familiarity with CRM/CMS platforms, listing sites, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Lasso, BuilderTrend, Zillow, Realtor.com, and BDX
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
