Position Summary
In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for both administering medications and assisting residents with daily living activities. You’ll help ensure our residents receive the highest quality care in a respectful and dignified manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and in accordance with established protocols
- Document medication administration and report any concerns to nursing staff
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and feeding
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medication administration
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs
- Successful completion of a physical exam, drug screening, and annual flu shot
- Clear background check
- Availability to work every other weekend and participate in a holiday rotation
