What You’ll Do
- Keep our facilities in top shape by performing routine maintenance and minor repairs across our campuses.
- Tackle a variety of systems—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
- Conduct daily rounds, complete preventive maintenance, and respond to work orders.
- Ensure safety by clearing walkways, assisting with snow removal, and responding to emergencies.
- Support room setups and help manage stock deliveries.
- Use our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to stay organized and efficient.
- Lead by example—guide and support other team members when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred; healthcare or senior living experience is highly valued.
- Solid skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Michigan driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
- Must pass a background check and work physical.
- Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- On-call rotation includes evenings and holidays.
