What You’ll Do
As the Home Health Aide Supervisor, you will lead and manage the team of home health aides for Care Resources. As the Supervisor, you would also participate in the on-call rotation about every 3 weeks to be available by phone for scheduling questions, aide concerns, etc. with no expectation to do visits. There is on-call bonus pay as well.

What We’re Looking For
- Current Nurse Aide certification is required
- Minimum of 2 years of homecare experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population
- Self-motivated, organized with ability to manage a team consisting of home health aides
- Have a passion for those whom we serve through this amazing program
