As a faith-based, mission-driven organization, Holland Home is seeking a Director of Advancement Communications to serve as a strategic and analytical leader, establishing the vision, implementing effective strategies, and optimizing all fundraising communications.
This key team member is essential to the success of the organization’s fundraising and stewardship initiatives, overseeing donor data systems and ensuring a consistently high-quality, donor-focused experience across all engagement channels.

As one of Michigan’s largest non-profit providers of senior services, Trillium Living is comprised of nine complementary organizations that serve the needs of seniors, such as Holland Home and Faith Hospice. Our reputation for high quality services and long-term stability in the senior retirement living and health care field is unsurpassed. Our roots as Holland Home started in 1892, providing independent, assisted, and skilled nursing living options for seniors. We have grown as the needs of those we serve have grown. Over the years, Holland Home has continued to innovate and expand its residential and community-based services to improve the living and care of older adults. - Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, public relations, human services, or a related field of study
- Five or more years of successful fundraising experience
- Communications or direct-response marketing experience
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and their integration with communication, storytelling, and data visualization tools
- Unique blend of analytical skills and creative storytelling
- Strong commitment to the mission of the organization
