Holland Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for outgoing, friendly, motivated people to join our Retail HVAC & Generator Appointment Setting Team.

Top performers could earn $100 PER HOUR!
Full-time earning potential: $100,000 per year
There is tremendous earning potential for people who are great at engaging customers and consistently generating qualified appointments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will work inside retail locations representing our HVAC and standby generator programs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Start conversations with homeowners
- Ask simple questions to identify potential HVAC or generator needs
- Generate leads for:
- Furnaces
- Central Air Conditioning
- Heat Pumps
- Standby Generators
- Schedule qualified customers for FREE in-home estimates
- Explain current promotions and available programs
- Represent Holland Heating, Cooling & Electrical professionally
- Meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead-generation goals
You do NOT install equipment or perform HVAC service.
Your job is simple: Talk to customers, create interest, and set appointments.
