Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience coaching varsity high school soccer or at a collegiate/professional level.
- Technical Expertise: Ability to accurately assess student-athletes' abilities to determine optimal positioning and team placement.
- Leadership: Proven track record of effective program management and a leadership style that inspires excellence.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain transparent and professional communication with athletes, parents, and colleagues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Preferred: A valid CDL license or be willing to obtain one.
