What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audit Associate position at Holland & Company, CPA?
Holland & Company, CPA is seeking an Audit Associate to join our accounting practice. This position is designed for an early-career accounting professional who has already taken their first steps in public accounting—whether through an entry-level position or a meaningful audit internship—and is ready for the next step in their career.
The Audit Associate will work closely with experienced accounting professionals and gain hands-on experience throughout the audit process. While audit and assurance work will be a primary responsibility, this is not an audit-only role. The successful candidate will also assist with individual and business tax return preparation and other tax-related projects as needed.
If you come to us with a strong accounting foundation, a desire to become a CPA, and real-world experience, you’ll find an opportunity to grow professionally, take on greater responsibility, and build a long-term career with our firm.
This is a hands-on position. You will develop your skills by working alongside experienced professionals on actual client engagements. We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, takes initiative, and is committed to developing their skills and professional judgment.
